Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect billing details in accordance with their privacy policy.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, including audit queries, domains analyzed, features accessed, and interaction patterns to improve our services.

Device & Technical Data: We automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and access times.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our AI visibility audit and GEO optimization services
• Process subscriptions and payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Send product updates and marketing communications (with opt-out option)
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and data processing (us-east-1 region)
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google: OAuth authentication
• AI Engine APIs: We query third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to perform visibility audits. Queries submitted contain your target domain and keywords but not personal data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit results and reports are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@geogryphon.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for stored data, AWS WAF protection, and regular security reviews.

7. GDPR (European Users)
