Welcome to GeoGryphon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of geogryphon.com and related services operated by SnapIT Software LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

GeoGryphon provides AI visibility auditing, entity mapping, and content brief generation services ("Services"). We query third-party AI platforms on your behalf to assess brand visibility. Results are informational and may vary due to the non-deterministic nature of AI systems.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
• Resell or redistribute audit data without an Agency plan
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms, scoring models, or AI integrations
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond the provided API
• Submit domains or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Overload our infrastructure through excessive API calls beyond your plan limits

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and branding on GeoGryphon are owned by SnapIT Software LLC. You retain ownership of data you submit (domains, keywords). Audit results and generated content briefs are licensed to you for your use within the scope of your subscription plan.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process domains and keywords you submit through third-party AI APIs to generate audit results.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI visibility scores will directly correlate with business outcomes. AI search results are non-deterministic and may change without notice. We do not guarantee specific placement or citation in any AI platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPIT SAAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
